Bio
Apostle Arlibera Swoope attends New Hope Fellowship Church under the leadership of Apostles Joseph and Sandra Prude. She’s a former staff member at Springs of Life Bible College as an instructor of Praise and Worship. A graduate of Springs of Life Bible College, Apostle Swoope received her licensure and ordination in 2001. Her ordination as Apostle took place in the year of 2020. She resides in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband James Swoope. Together their quiver is full; Apostle Swoope is the mother of three and the bonus-mother of eight.

Elements of Praise and Worship

Included in the vision of Covenant Now Ministries is the presentation of "Elements of Praise and Worship (E.O.P.W.). E.O.P.W. is a series of workshops focusing on Biblical praise and worship examples. This provides instruction and knowledge in individual and corporate worship settings. Subjects include liturgical dance, pageantry, mattahs, war sticks, and garments.
